LumaPace Terms of Use

These terms apply to the LumaPace (“English Through Meditation”) app and website. By using LumaPace you agree to them.

What LumaPace is

LumaPace offers guided meditation sessions in English to help you learn the language. It is a learning and relaxation tool, not medical or psychological treatment. If you have a health concern, please talk to a professional.

Free and Premium

Some sessions are free. Premium opens the full session library and is sold as a subscription through Google Play in the Android app. The price, billing period and any free trial are shown on the purchase screen before you confirm.

Billing, renewal and cancellation

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period at the price shown, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• You can cancel anytime in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. You keep Premium until the end of the period you paid for.
• If a free trial is offered, you are not charged until it ends. If you cancel before it ends, you pay nothing.
• Payments and refunds are handled by Google Play under its own policies.

Your account

An account is optional and lets you sync progress. Please keep your sign-in details safe. You can ask us to delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy).

Content

All sessions, audio and texts belong to LumaPace and its creators. You may use them for your own personal learning, but not copy, resell or redistribute them.

Changes and availability

We may update the app, its content and these terms. If we make an important change, we will update the date above. We try to keep LumaPace available, but we cannot promise it will always work without interruption.
